If this is a service emergency (flood, fire, or other urgent issue) please immediately contact 911. Then contact your property manager using our emergency contact information. Should the Property Manager not answer, please call our Main Office, 301-652-7077, and relay the message to our after-hour call center.
All emergency issues relating to gas should be immediately reported to Washington Gas, 800-752-7520.
